This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus forbearing the third respondent to enquire into the false complaint dated 02.05.2019, lodged against the petitioners. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that already the complaint given by the fourth respondent has been enquired into and it has been closed on 02.05.2019. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced the copy of the same.

3.Considering the fact that the complaint given by the fourth respondent has been enquired and closed, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD).No.9778 of 2019 is closed.
