O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission to perform the cultural programme (ie.,) Adal Padal Dance Programme on 12.05.2018 at 07.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., in the festival of Arulmigu Sri KinatradiMuthu Thirukovil at Marunkipatti, Pilaar Post, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.Heard Mr.V.Manikandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is made clear that the "Adalpadal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
