ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 02.11.2023, made in W.P(MD)No.26038 of 2022, wherein this Court has directed the first respondent to consider the report of the Committee dated 06.07.2018, and pass orders. After considering the report of the Committee, the first respondent has passed orders on 28.04.2025, rejecting the report of the Committee.
