The petitioner is figuring as the sole accused in Crime No.137 of 2019 registered on the file of the second respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 324 (ii) of I.P.C. r/w. Crl.O.P(MD)No.4267 of 2020 2.It is seen that the occurrence took place on 17.11.2018 but the FIR was registered only on 08.09.2019.

3. Taking note of the over all facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner can be directed to surrender before the Special Court on 17.03.2020 and apply for bail. The petitioner shall send an intimation to the defacto complainant about the proposal to surrender. The second respondent is also directed to intimate the defacto complainant about the same. After the petitioner surrenders and applies for bail, the learned Special Judge shall consider the bail petition and dispose it of on the same day of surrender.

4.With this direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
