ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2025 and 18.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. Based on the complainant given by the 3rd respondent and other two complainants, they have called the petitioner for enquiry and she also assured to repay the amount. Thereafter, she filed this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the 2nd respondent that they have not harassed the petitioner and based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent and also other two complainants, they have called the petitioner for enquiry, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to dispose the representation dated 07.02.2025 and 18.02.2025 in the manner known to law within one week from the date of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition 2/4

stands disposed of.
