O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus restraining the respondents in any way interfering with the civil dispute with regard to petitioner's land in SurveyNo. 204/2 in new Survey No.152/2 situated in Siruvalai Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is in possession and enjoyment of the property situated in Survey No. 204/2 in new Survey No.152/2 situated in Siruvalai Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

3.Further, it is submitted that the petitioner has applied for patta for the above said land, which is pending before the first respondent. While so, the respondents 1 to 3 interfered with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's land and had given complaint before the 4th respondent against the petitioner. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that O.S.No.104 of 2017 is pending before the Taluk Munsif Madurai in this regard. Hence, the writ petitioner has been filed with the aforesaid prayer.

4.In view of the fact that no criminal case against the petitioner is pending and also in view of the fact that O.S.No.104 of 2017 is pending before the Taluk Munsif Madurai, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction as prayed for in this writ petition.
