Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHISH RAJKUMAR.E., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3693 of 2022, dated 23.02.2022.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is not yet completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the compliance of the earlier condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e. on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 17/03/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
