ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members as against from the respondents 5 to 15 by considering the representation dated 22.02.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents and a counter case is also pending and that after conducting 2/4

enquiry, First Information Report was registered in Cr.Nos.45 & 46 of 2023 and that investigation is pending in both cases. 3.It is evident from the records that there existed property dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents and the same has to be agitated before the civil forum and as such, question of giving police protection does not arise at all. Therefore, leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 28.02.2023 NCC :
