ORDER

The Statutory notice was ordered to all the respondents for non-compliance of the orders of this Court. However, today the third respondent alone is present and applications have been filed seeking to dispense with the personal appearance of the first contemnor and second contemnor.

2. Considering the fact that the third contemnor is present before this Court and he undertakes to comply with the orders of this Court, dispense with applications in Sub Application Nos.81 and 82 of 2025 are allowed.
