ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the accused No.2 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 397, 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.116 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.03.2015 the petitioner waylaid the victim and and also extorted a sum of Rs.600/- with knife point.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was released from jail on 25.03.2015 only at 7.00 p.m, but according to the prosecution, the petitioner waylaid the victim at 7.00 p.m under knife point and thereby committed robbery of Rs.600/-. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent submitted that the petitioner is having four previous cases of similar nature including a case of murder.

5. Considering the above said fact, the petitioner is not entitled to grant bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
