The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 and 3 are attempting to put up a thar road in his lands, comprised in Survey Nos.124/3 and 124/4 of Vallayapatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Today (i.e.05.06.2018), when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the respondents intend to put up thar road in the land, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

comprised in Survey No.571 of Vallayapatti Village, measuring an extent of 0.058.5 Hectares, which has been classified as "Cart Track". As such, the petitioner cannot have any grievance, since the respondents do not intend to put up any road in his lands.
