ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the summon dated 11.02.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father is third accused in Cr.No.2 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 120B, 419, 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC and that the petitioner has been shown as witness to one document and only on that basis, the petitioner was directed to appear before the second respondent. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent for enquiry. 3.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent, on receiving summons. On such appearance, the second respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 2/4
4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
