This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondents police to execute the pending "NonBailable Warrant" issued in S.T.C.No.403/2011, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sattankulam and to secure the accused.

2. Heard Mr.P.M.Vishnuvarthanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to execute the pending Non Bailable Warrant issued in STC No.403/2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sattankulam within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
