ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordiante Judge, Sankarankovil, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.45 of 2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioners that O.S.No.45 of 2017 is filed in the year 2017 and therefore, the petitioner seeks for speedy disposal of the suit.

3.Considering the fact that the suit is for partition and pending from the year 2017, the learned Subordiante Judge, Sankarankovil, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.45 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
