RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13782 of 2021 on 21.09.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and Proper in the above circumstances and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13782 of 2021, dated 21.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and the final report was also filed before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13782 of 2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur on 13.03.2023 and thereafter, appear before the Court, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
