ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 468 and 471 of IPC r/w Section 12(i)(b) of Indian Passport Act, 1967, in Crime No.95 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has studied in Nagaravai High School, Mettupatti in Dindigul District and the Headmaster in the said school was also incharge of Government High School, Kovilur and when the petitioner approached the school to obtain the Transfer Certificate, the authorities have wrongly put the seal of the other school in the Transfer Certificate while issuing the same to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he was not aware of the said fact.

3.However, this Court dismissed the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3885 of 2015 on 17.03.2015. I do not find any change of circumstances for granting any relief to the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the concerned Court and filing bail application before the concerned Court and the same may be directed to consider on the same day.

5.Considering the allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner is directed surrender before the concerned Court and the concerned Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day.

6.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
