This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to first respondent to instruct the second respondent to reopen the complaint and register a case based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 10.08.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.Today when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate has given a copy of the enquiry report to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the presence of this Court. Therefore, no further order is necessary. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout remedy in the manner known to law including to invoke Section 156(3) Cr.P.C or 200 Cr.P.C. as the case may be.

4.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
