To grant Exemption to the petitioners from paying the Court fee of Rs.49,000/- for the appeal in C.M.A.(MD).SR.No.13454/2026 and thus render justice.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to grant exemption to the petitioners from paying the Court fee of Rs.49,000/-.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. It is seen that even when the claim petition was filed before the Tribunal, the petitioners had sought for such an exemption.

4. The earlier Division Benches have consistently granted such exemption, provided that in the event of the appellant succeeding in the appeal, the appellant will pay the required Court fee.

5. We are inclined to exempt the petitioners from payment of Court fee of Rs.49,000/- and on disposal of the appeal, the petitioners shall pay the appropriate Court fees.

6. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
