ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.44/2023, dated 03.02.2023 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation of the case has already been conducted and the same was closed as a mistake of fact. The RCS notice was also served to the de facto complainant.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
