This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.87 of 2009 for offence under Sections 468 & 471 of I.P.C within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that investigation is pending in this case.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
