This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records relating to the F.I.R. In Crime No.157/2017 on the file of the respondent Police, so far as the petitioner's concerned and quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.T.Sundaravadanam, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that after completion of investigation, the first respondent has filed the charge sheet.
