ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime NO.19 of 2015, dated 18.03.2015, on the file of the respondent No.1 Police Station for the offences under Section 447, 465 I.P.C. and quash the same as illegal.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. This Court is not inclined to go into the factual averments made. The allegation is that for the property belonging to the defacto complainant and his family, a patta has been issued stating some other person as owner. By the said patta, a change has been effected from a person, who did not have a title, to the other accused.

4. The question as to whether the petitioner is involved therein or not will have to be decided by conducting an appropriate investigation. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
