This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner and the fourth respondent under the guise of enquiry on the foisted complaint of the fourth respondent.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the respondents 1 to 3 would not interfere with the civil dispute of the petitioner with the fourth respondent who are husband and wife.
