ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(iv) imposed upon Revision Petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No. 12639 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1206 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024 Condition No.7(iv) reads as under:- "7. ....

(iv) The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30a.m., until further orders;"

2.Heard Mr.N.Balasubramanian, learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner and Mr.R.Ilayaraja, learned Counsel for Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for Revision Petitioner submits that Revision Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 25.11.2024 in Crl.MP(MD)No.12639 of 2024 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1206 of 2024. He further submits that petitioner is aged about 56 years and suffering from age related ailments, he prays that Condition No.7(iv) of the order dated 25.11.2024 imposed on the Revision Petitioner may be relaxed.

4. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent concedes that Revision Petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.11.2024. He further submits that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

5. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by learned Counsel on both sides, condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.12639 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1206 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024, is modified as follows:- "7. ....

(iv) Revision Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in two months ie.,on the first working day of every alternate month ie., commencing from March 2026, until further orders."

6. With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
