The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to sanction the educational loan a sum of Rs.3,40,000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs and Forty Thousand Only) to the petitioner by considering her application dated 05.07.2017.

2.Heard Mr.R.Vinoth Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Karthik, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.Today when the matter was called, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that pursuant to the petitioner's educational loan, they had sanctioned a loan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

amount of Rs.2,04,919/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Nineteen Only). In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in the present writ petition. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the order of quantum of the loan sanctioned, it is always open to her either to approach the bank requesting for modification of the loan amount or work out her remedies as per law. No costs.
