Heard both sides.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition itself with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action and also challenge the cancellation notice dated 26.02.1988.

3.Permission granted. The writ petition as well as the writ appeal are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The appellant has to workout his rights in the manner known to law. No costs.
