the 5th respondent, by registering the FIR against the said accused. Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.7097 of 2015: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to return all the original green sheets, white sheets, Rs.50/- and Rs.100/- Non Judicial Stamp Papers which were signed by the Petitioners which were kept by the 3rd respondent and not to interfere in the civil dispute between the Petitioners and the 5th respondent.

Government Advocate (Crl.Side) C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners by interfering in the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that pursuant to the investigation made on the complaint of the petitioner, the same was closed in both cases. It is made clear that if the first and second respondents have already handed over the documents to the fifth respondent, the second respondent is directed to take steps to hand over the documents to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
