ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(iii) imposed upon Petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.20071 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1617 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025. Condition No. 6(iii) reads as under:- "6(iii). The petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Additional District and Sessions Court-III, Trichy, on all working days until further orders."

2.Heard Mr.K.Vinayagan, learned counsel for Petitioner and Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for Revision Petitioner submits that Revision Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 16.12.2025 in Crl.MP(MD)No.20071 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1617 of 2025. Hence, he prays that condition no.6(iii) of 2/6

the order dated 16.12.2025 imposed on the Revision Petitioner may be relaxed. He further prays that Revision Petitioner may be directed to appear before the Trial Court once in a month.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for Respondent concedes that Revision Petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2025. However, he objects to relax the condition of appearance of Revision Petitioner before the learned Additional District and Sessions Court-III, Trichy.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned Counsel on both sides, condition no.6(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.20071 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1617 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025, is modified as follows:- "10(iii). The petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Additional District and Sessions Court-III, Trichy, on the first working day of every month ie., commencing from March 2026, until further orders"

6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
