Respondents in both petitions COMMON PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the petitioners in both petitions in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in any of the Kallar Reclamation School in view of the TET weightage Mark in the light of the Judgment of this Court in W.A.(MD).No.1708 to 1710 of 2018, dated 24.01.2019.

These petitions have been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the petitioners in

both petitions in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in any of the Kallar Reclamation School in view of the TET weightage Mark in the light of the Judgment of this Court in W.A.(MD).No.1708 to 1710 of 2018, dated 24.01.2019.

2.The petitioners in both petitions made a representation to the respondents on 20.05.2019 to transfer the petitioners in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in any of the Kallar Reclamation School in view of the TET weightage Mark in the light of the Judgment of this Court in W.A.(MD).No.1708 to 1710 of 2018, dated 24.01.2019. So far it has not been considered. Hence, they have come forward with these writ petitions.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, it would suffice, if the first respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and stating that the said representations are pending before the first respondent and the same will be considered on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in these petitions, without expressing any opinion on merits of this case, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representations, dated 20.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
