The petitioner seeks issuance of patta based on his application dated 12.12.2020. The petitioner has approached the second respondent Tahsildar for issuance of patta in his name. The petitioner has also given a further reminder on 06.08.2021. However, no action has been taken and the application for patta has been shelved. The petitioner, therefore, seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to dispose of his representation dated 12.12.2020, in respect of issuance of patta to the petitioner. 2.Without going into the merits of the petitioner's entitlement, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application for patta on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
