ORDER

The petitioner herein had earlier filed W.P.(MD)No.29734 of 2023 questioning the inclusion of the names of the respondents 3 and 4 therein as joint pattadars. The writ petition was allowed by me and the matter was remanded to the file of the jurisdictional Tashildar. Since revenue dispute is pending between the parties, no order needs to be passed for the present. The petitioner can file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action after the patta dispute is resolved.

2.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
