The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/1869/2019 dated 03.01.2020, quashing the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently directing the fourth 2/5

respondent to remove the petitioner's name as black listed in the list of Recognized Contracts and to issue work order to the petitioner in the impending tender notification of the fourth respondent. 2.Considering the fact that the period, for which the petitioner had been black listed, had come to an end and he has made a fresh application dated 15.03.2023 to the respondents to include him in the list of contractors, nothing survives for consideration in the above writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
