ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and to direct the 1st respondent police to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a matrimonial dispute pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent, thereby the 5th respondent lodged a false complaint as against the petitioner. Based on the complaint, now the respondents no.2 to 4 have harassed the petitioner to appear for enquiry frequently and thereby the petitioner sent a representation dated 11.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he has filed this Page no.2/4

petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 5th respondent, they conducted an enquiry and thereafter, the complaint was closed. For enquiry purpose only, they called the petitioner and during the enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition.

4. Considering the prayer of the petitioner, this Court recording the above said submissionsof the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents that already an enquiry was conducted and closed and they have not harassed the petitioner, this criminal original petition is closed.
