ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.1659 of 2026 dated 28.01.2026 in Crl.OP(MD) No.18389 of 2025 dated 23.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 25 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 25 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.1659 of 2026 dated 28.01.2026 in Crl.OP(MD) No.18389 of 2025 dated 23.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No. 1659 of 2026 dated 28.01.2026 in Crl.OP(MD) No.18389 of 2025 dated 23.10.2025 is modified as "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days ie., on 1st and 15th of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
