This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the Civil Dispute in respect of Arbitration issue by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 27.04.2018.

2. Heard Mr.I.Pinaygash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Prabhu Ramachandran, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that after enquiry, the complaint of the petitioner was closed.
