This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry in the petitioner's complaint dated 14.01.2025 on the file of the second respondent police. 2.According to the petitioner, due to previous motive, one Manikandan, trespassed into her house and abused the petitioner and her son and also attacked them. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged the said complaint, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, they have conducted enquiry and an FIR in Crime No.41 of 2025 has been registered.
