ORDER

The issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by a judgment of this Court in Ibunu Mohaideen vs. The Sub Registrar, Kilakarai, Ramanathapuram District, W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025. Consequently, I am not in a position to sustain the impugned order.

2. Therefore, following the said judgment in W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, the Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned Refusal Check Slip issued by the respondent in RFL/2 vz;. ,iz rhHgjpthsH gl;Lf;Nfhl;il/6/2025 dated 20.01.2025, is quashed. The Sub Registrar shall register the document, which he has refused to do so under the impugned order. There shall be no order as to costs.
