Heard Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction against the Respondents 2 and 3 to consider and select the petitioner for the post of Animal Husbandry Assistant based on the third Respondent's Notification pertains to TNAHD Dindigul Recruitment 2018 for the post of Animal Husbandry Assistant on the basis of the direct interview lastly attended by the Petitioner, which was held on 31.01.2024 in Registration No.4252.

In response to the third respondent's notification of the year 2018 for recruitment to the post of Animal Husbandry Assistant for filling up of 66 posts, the petitioner has applied to the said post. Though the petitioner was ready to attend the interview as intimated by the third respondent, the interview was postponed without any reasons. On 31.01.2024, the petitioner was directed to appear for direct interview which was held at MVM Government Arts and Science College, Thadikompu Road, Dindigul. The petitioner appeared for the interview and produced all the certificates required by the interview board. Thereafter, the petitioner did not receive any communication and hence she sent a written representation to the respondents. Since no action was taken, the petitioner has now come before this Court seeking direction against the respondents to consider and select her to the post of Animal Husbandry Assistant, on the basis of the direct interview attended by the Petitioner on 31.01.2024.

Mr. M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the part time employees have agitated the process of direct recruitment by preferring a Writ Petition before this Court and have failed. However, they preferred Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.2024, 2025, 2026, 2019 and 2023 of 2022. On instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the 3/6

interim orders of stay have been obtained in the said batch of Writ Appeals and in view of that further proceedings related to appointment is kept in abeyance. Though the petitioner has already attended the interview, the respondents 2 and 3 can publish the results depending on the out come of the above pending writ appeals before this Court.

5. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to publish the results depending on the out come of the above Writ Appeals. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
