O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to register a case and initiate legal action against the 4th respondent based on petitioners representation dated 01.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the fourth respondent for the cheating of money through representation, dated 01.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and they will complete the enquiry within a week and act in accordance with law.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Since the third respondent has admitted the receipt of the petitioner's complaint, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.02.2025, within a period of one week in accordance with law. 6.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
