The petitioner seeks permission to conduct the petition mentioned event on 09.03.2020. The petitioner had already given an application to the third respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.4817 of 2020 2.The third respondent is directed to grant permission to hold "Adal Padal" event on 09.03.2020 in "Arulmigu Sri Ravathal Amman Swamy Temple Masi month Varuda Abhishegam Festival" at S.V.Mangalam Village (Sadur Vada Mangalam), Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District. Ofcourse, it is open to the third respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions regarding timings and other aspects. The petitioner agrees to abide by the conditions to be imposed by the third respondent. The third respondent will issue proceedings on 07.03.2020 itself.
