Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the intervener and the learned Government Advocate. 2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent. It appears that the matter concerns an apartment built by Tamil Nadu Housing Board.

3.The second respondent shall endeavour to settle the matter between the petitioner and the intervener. If the matter cannot be settled, it is open to the second respondent to register a First Information Report based on the complaint of the intervenor.
