2. A report was called for from the Execution Court on 06.03.2024. The Principal District Musnif, Kuzhithurai, has sent a report dated 12.03.2024. In that report, it is stated that the case is posted on 23.03.2024 for clarification.
3. In view of the long pendency of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai to dispose of E.P.No.18 of 2020 in O.S.No.429 of 2010 within a period of three(3) months from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
