This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.158 of 2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai to complete the trial in C.C.No.158 of 2011 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
