Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Amended Act 1 of 2016, to call for the records pertaining to the order, dated 24.01.2020 made in Cr.M.P.No.70 of 2019 on the file of the Sessions Judge (Additional Incharge) SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Special Court, Sivagangai and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with Crime No.7 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police by allowing this Criminal Appeal.

No.2735 of 2020 Mr. V.Neelakandan, Addtional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.57 of 2020, dated 20.02.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.57 of 2020, dated 20.02.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.57 of 2020, dated 20.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
