2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition only for 27 days.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 742 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026, is hereby modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once ie. on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 18.02.2026 LS 2/4
