ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and further direct him to discontinue the harassment on the petitioner in this regard. 2.There is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and it is stated that pursuant to the complaint given the 3rd respondent against the petitioner, the respondent/police under the guise of enquiry harassing the petitioner. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent/Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the 3rd respondent without harassing the petitioner. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
