ORDER

The petitioner seeks removal of his name from the history sheet maintained by the third respondent. It is seen that the petitioner was involved in a murder case of the year 2013. The said case however ended in acquittal. The petitioner has not come under any adverse notice of the third respondent thereafter. Hence, there is no justification in retaining his name in the history sheet.

2.The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet immediately and without any delay.
