This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2016 and to conduct appropriate investigation in respect of the F.I.R in Crime No.546 of 2016 by adding the accused persons based on the petitioner's above representation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, without going into the merits of the allegations made, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
