This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.356 of 2021, dated 08.11.2021 from the third respondent to any other investigating agency under the supervision of the first respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2021.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
