Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the third respondent's name in the property tax assessment registry in respect of the property measuring an extent of 600 square feet out of 960 square feet comprised in Survey No.121 situated at Puthu Street, Puthur, Trichy by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2018 and 05.03.2022.

ORDER
The petitioner appears to have filed O.S.No.696 of 2018, which is pending before the District Munsif Court, Tiruchirapalli, as on date. It is the specific case of the petitioner that the petitioner had purchased a land to an extent of 960 square feet from the daughters of one N.P.Samikannu Pillai, who executed a registered Will, dated 10.07.1995, in favour of his daughters (through second wife). The suit is pending against S.Nagarajan, S.Ponnaian and S.Shanmugam, whereas, the writ petition filed against the official respondent and S.Shanmugam, son of late N.P.Samikannu Pillai. 2. Considering the same, the writ petition stands dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out appropriate remedy before the civil Court and to approach this Court for direction. No costs.
